Isalamabad The National Assembly passed the Bill to amend further amendments in the Nadar and under the Women's Fund Act, 1996. Federal Minister for Human Rights, Mumtaz Ahmed Tarr, in the meeting of the National Assembly on Thursday, presented a motion to amend the Committee for further amendment in the Nadar and under the Women's Fund Act, 1996, immediately after reviewing the House Its clearance was approved.
Mumtaz Tarar said that there are many women in the country who are closed in prisons, many of them are widows. No means of employment is being given this act to their parents. This bill was approved in 1996, but in 21 years it has been non operational. Now we are bringing the amendment to the Board of Governors, including a woman from St. and National Assembly. Speaker presented the bill for approval and was approved.
